Job Description About the Role The iconic Big Banana is seeking a Cafe Manager for our Licensed Going Bananas Café and Ice Creamery Responsible for motivating, developing and leading a large team Create a culture that delivers the highest standard of Customer Service Monitor food standards to ensure that it is presented & served in line with the company'shigh standards Ensure the business meets the highest health & safety standards Monitoring of deliveries, inventory & orders Implementing and improving systems and standards Desired Skills and Experience About You Experience in hospitality management (3 year minimum) The Café Manager manages all day-to-dayoperations, to ensure a smooth running of the business. You will bring a friendly, positive and energetic attitude that is contagious to your team Hold a current NSW RSA A passionate professional who loves working “hands on” in hospitality & working with a diverse group of people An ability to coach, develop, manage and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service An ability to maintain professional relationships with customers and suppliers Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
