Responsibilities Team Leadership : Recruit, train, motivate, and coach your crew to deliver exceptional customer service. Operations Management : Oversee daily operations, maintain high service standards, and ensure smooth processes. Scheduling & Planning : Create rosters, assign duties, and ensure coverage during busy periods. Inventory Control : Manage stock levels, ordering, and rotation to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. Financial Management : Monitor food costs, control expenses, and achieve budget targets. Compliance : Perform opening and closing duties, ensure safety standards, and act as the first aid officer when needed. Collaboration : Be an integral part of the Virgin Active club leadership team. Qualifications We re looking for someone who : Has at least 1 year of experience in cafe or restaurant management. Can work flexible hours and adapt to a dynamic environment. Loves creating memorable customer experiences and ensuring a safe, clean space for all. Is a people person warm, genuine, and dedicated to mentoring others. Has strong communication skills and can confidently interact at all levels. Is driven, proactive, and a natural problem-solver. Understands budgets and the impact of operational decisions.
