About The Role Generate and monitor daily attendance reports, liaise with parents/carers to verify absences, and provide updates to teachers and school leaders. Collect and coordinate data on student engagement, follow up with chronically absent students, and collaborate with support staff to address barriers to attendance. Develop and maintain relationships with families to encourage consistent school attendance and address issues impacting student engagement. Support the implementation of student programs aimed at improving engagement and fostering a positive school culture. Provide administrative support, including managing variations to student timetables, assisting at the student counter, and offering first aid when required. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about student wellbeing, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners.
