Project Administrator Join to apply for the Project Administrator role at UGL . Two CIMIC Group companies, UGL and CPB Contractors have been selected by Transgrid to deliver the ~140km western section of the HumeLink high voltage electricity transmission project. HumeLink is a new 500kV transmission project which will connect Wagga Wagga, Maragle and Bannaby in regional NSW that will significantly increase the capacity of the electricity network in Australia’s eastern states. HumeLink is one of Australia’s largest energy infrastructure projects, with about 365kms of proposed new transmission lines and a range of other new and upgraded infrastructure. The Opportunity This role will be based in Gregadoo, Wagga Wagga area for the duration of the project supporting the HumeLink West construction delivery team. To support local employment this role is being sourced in the Wagga Wagga area. The role will work Monday to Friday and may be required to work non-traditional hours in line with construction works. Key Accountabilities Providing administrative support to site management and construction crews. Coordinate daily site office operations, including supplies, equipment and general office upkeep. Manage site correspondence, mail, meetings and visitor coordination. Process purchase orders, invoices, receipts and expense claims. Assist with cost tracking and financial reporting requirements. Prepare and enter weekly timesheets for the blue-collar workforce. About You Previous experience in construction site administration or a similar fast‑paced environment. Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management or finance systems. SAP experience desirable. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture. The successful candidate will be required to hold a current Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card or equivalent) and undergo a medical assessment (including drug and alcohol testing) prior to commencement. Where applicable, evidence of tertiary qualifications and proof of right to work will be required prior to successful appointment.
