This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional outcomes. About The Role As an Administrator, you will deliver timely, accurate, and confidential support across a range of functions. From managing calendars and travel bookings to coordinating meetings and preparing reports, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring everything runs seamlessly. You’ll also play a key role in onboarding new team members, supporting training initiatives, and maintaining compliance with Inland Rail’s policies and values. Key Responsibilities Coordinate calendars, travel, meetings, and events. Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes. Manage onboarding/offboarding and training logistics. Handle purchase orders, invoices, and credit card reconciliations. Maintain document management systems (including SharePoint). Liaise with internal stakeholders to support project delivery. Uphold Inland Rail’s CARE values and commitment to safety. About You You should be able to demonstrate: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar administrative role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. High level of discretion and sound judgment in handling information. Customer‑focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
