You will be working in your own territory, selling a range of our Rentokil Hygiene services. You will be responsible for covering the Regional Areas of Albury/Wodonga to Wagga/Griffith areas. You will look to build on solid existing client relationships whilst also using your outstanding sales skills and outgoing personality to win new sales and clients within your territory. To help achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive base salary, a highly rewarding uncapped commission structure, a company vehicle, a mobile phone, a tablet, and further career opportunities. You will also be given full product training, with hands‑on assistance from the Business Manager and the Sales Team. In this role you will be responsible for these key areas: Driving sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via cold calling and visits. Servicing our existing client base and analyzing their needs to increase sales. Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve set sales targets. Building strong customer relationships and managing a sales pipeline. Identifying customer needs and knowing how to deliver successful sales. You will have skills and experience including: Previous sales consultant experience. Ability to cold‑call and plan for sales territory. Self‑motivation and ability to work autonomously. A passion for hunting new business and being recognised and rewarded. Good time management skills. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Full Australian Driver's Licence. It would be highly advantageous if you also have: Experience within Business to Business & direct sales. Excellent sales, solutions & negotiation skills. Strive to reach & exceed sales. Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels. Commercially focused. The successful candidate must be able to legally work in Australia, able to pass a pre‑employment medical, drug & alcohol screen as well as background checks.
