Sales Consultant/ Delivery Driver

Our Company Yakult Australia is a global leader in probiotics, manufacturing and marketing the unique fermented milk drink ‘Yakult’. Sales have grown substantially in Australia since 1994. We operate in all states of Australia with our head office and state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing plant located in Victoria. We are currently looking for Entry Level Sales Consultants to join our team based in Auburn, New South Wales. The successful candidates will gain broad sales and customer service experience through our sales and product knowledge training program. Working Hours Full‑Time – Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Salary and Incentives The starting salary is $55,291 per annum plus superannuation for the first three months, increasing to $58,675 per annum plus superannuation upon successful completion of the three‑month probationary period. In addition, the role offers participation in Yakult’s ‘Sales Incentive Scheme’ which financially rewards achieving sales targets. Responsibilities Maintaining in‑store relationships by providing excellent customer service and regular communication Delivering stock to customers Retrieving, counting, and balancing of stock Negotiating or advising additional/better shelf space with existing retailers Informing customers of future advertising campaigns Meeting specific monthly sales objectives Opening new accounts Observing and practicing OH&S procedures Qualifications A manual driver’s license to operate the company vans Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships Ability to maintain and generate additional salesSound communication skills Ability to work safely and independently Physically able to lift up to 12 kg Ability to complete all customer site visits within designated territory and timeframes Thank you for your interest in working for Yakult Australia.
