About the Role As a Sales Consultant, you will: Prospect, network and nurture pipeline opportunities Conduct buyer follow-up and manage enquiries Support sales campaigns, open homes and inspections Build strong relationships with clients and the community Assist with vendor communication and campaign coordination Work toward managing your own listings, vendors and negotiations Build your personal brand supported by PRD’s marketing strength Contribute to a positive, growth-driven team culture This role provides a direct pathway into a high-performing sales career with structure, support and momentum. Who We’re Looking For You might be: Already in real estate and wanting better support or a stronger brand In retail or hospitality leadership seeking a professional career shift In banking, insurance, fitness or customer service with client-facing experience A natural communicator with drive, professionalism and energy No real estate experience required — attitude, ambition and communication skills matter most.
