Following continued growth and a strong pipeline of industrial and mission‑critical work, the business is now seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead an established team, manage operations, and help shape the future of the division. THE ROLE This role oversees a team of 6 electricians and apprentices with a mandate to grow and will be based in Western Sydney with travel across Greater Sydney (tool‑of‑trade vehicle provided). You will be responsible for team leadership, site delivery, safety, P&L management, client relationships and operational coordination. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Lead, mentor and develop a team of 6 with further growth expected Oversee industrial electrical installations, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting and upgrades Coordinate scheduling, resources, materials and job sequencing Manage P&L including labour utilisation, budgets and margins Strengthening client relationships and identifying future opportunities Act as the primary point of contact for delivery and planning ABOUT YOU You’ll be an ambitious individual who will need to be a confident people leader with excellent communication skills. You will enjoy developing teams and working closely with clients and stakeholders whilst mentoring your team and seeing it grow. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS NSW A‑Grade Electrical Licence Industrial experience (FMCG, manufacturing, F&B, data centres) Experience supervising trades and apprentices Commercial awareness with P&L exposure Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong understanding of industrial electrical and automation systems i.e. VSD, HMI, PLC etc Ability to travel across Greater Sydney (vehicle provided) WHAT’S ON OFFER FOR THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE $65 –$75 per hour + super (depending on experience) Leadership role with growth Strong career pathway Exposure across FMCG, F&B, manufacturing and data‑centres APPLY NOW Interviews are underway.
