Currently seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist Clinical Lead to play a pivotal role shaping the direction of the speech pathology services, whilst supporting and mentoring a growing team of clinicians. Key Responsibilities: Ensure services and clinicians operate in-line with organisation values Lead and support the team of speech therapists to ensure high-quality, client-focused therapy services Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and professional development opportunities where required Collaborating with families and support coordinators to develop and review individualised therapy plans Contribute to service growth and quality improvement initiatives Maintain a small clinical caseload to stay connected to practice Excellent base salary on offer + salary packaging Paid maternity leave - eligible after 12 months of employment $1500 professional development allowance + study leave Sign on bonus upon completion of first 6 months Genuine flexibility; compressed work week, school hours, etc Regular mentoring and leadership training from wider team Opportunity to be a part of an actively growing service Admin and therapy coordination support for clinicians Regular team meetings, training workshops and social events Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Speech Pathologist Demonstrated experience within the NDIS/disability sector Experience with AAC and Swallowing/Dysphagia Proven ability to supervise and mentor clinicians across different levels Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Apply Today Shortlisting and interviewing will commence ASAP.
