Job Description We’re expanding our Speech Pathology team and are excited to welcome a motivated and experienced Speech Pathologist who’s eager to make a real difference as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Our team supports individuals of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals. No two days are the same We’ll tailor your caseload to match your experience and interests, with opportunities across: Early intervention (infants 0–12 months, feeding, early language, parent coaching) Paediatrics, adolescents, and adults Dysphagia, communication difficulties, and AAC You’ll gain experience across the lifespan while being supported with clinical and operational pathways for career progression . Responsibilities will include: Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic services Our Early Years caseload (0‑5) – Clinic/Home‑based early intervention and parent coaching (including speech sounds, early language, feeding, school‑readiness) School‑aged children (5‑18) – Literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding and AAC assessment and implementation. Adults – Functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia and mealtime management, neurodegenerative diseases, stroke and acquired brain injury rehabilitation. Neuro‑affirming supports to our large neurodivergent population of all age groups.
