Small Roaster Seeks Experienced Head Barista Full-Time Bruce Coffee Roasters is looking for a Head Barista and assistant to the head barista to lead the coffee program and take Bruce to the next level. Bruce Tea & Coffee is a small coffee roaster, operating a small retail space in Glebe. We are a small roaster and seek coffee professionals to guide the menu and sell the vision of incredible tea and coffee to Glebe and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity for passionate coffee professionals to lead a small roaster. 2 roles are available: 1 Full Time, 1 Part Time. Responsibilities Dialling in espresso blends and single origin Brewing and dialling in batch brew Brewing specialty tea Customer service using the Square POS Assist floor and kitchen staff with service, cleaning and dishes Work as part of an expert barista team to improve the quality of coffee, tea and service Advise retail customers on how to brew coffee at home Open and close the cafe Sourcing and selecting exceptional coffee and tea Guide junior baristas in their development Qualifications Knowledge of alternative brew methods such as V60, Aeropress, French press and cold brew Excellent communication skills Strong tasting palate and experience in cupping specialty coffee If you meet the above criteria, email your resume to *****@bruceteacoffee.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
