We require a seasoned Barista with a broad knowledge of all aspects of the coffee industry and who’s looking to take lead on bar at timbré Lismore. About us We are an independent small batch roasting company. We strive to source from ecologically & socially focused coffee producers. Our new Lismore space, timbré opened in Dec 2022 and has been a popular coffee haunt for a wide range of people and community. We are looking to build a team that will take charge of the coffee quality programme whilst driving professionalism and having fun. This space includes retail component alongside a First Nations library showcase. An interest in conversations surrounding their content and intention ideal. Tasks & responsibilities Oversee and manage all aspects of coffee quality assurance, including working directly with roasting team. Dialling in coffee, creating brew recipes, and maintaining service standards. Working alongside roaster in developing profiles. Responsible for maintaining a high level of service and delivery of all coffee and shop operations. Qualifications & experience 2-3 Years Barista Experience Accredited Barista Training Supervisor or management experience.
