Nestled in the eclectic neighborhood of Fitzroy, our café is a hub for locals and visitors alike, offering a welcoming atmosphere and top‑notch service. About the Role: As a barista at Blonde, you will play a crucial role in crafting high‑quality coffee for our customers. Responsibilities include: Preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages with precision and care Ensuring consistency and excellence in coffee quality Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner Taking orders and providing recommendations from our menu of delicious brunch options Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and café area Assisting with other front of house duties as needed Requirements: Proven experience as a barista in a busy café environment.
