We are looking for a Full-Time Head Barista to join Cafe Monte, set on Honeysuckle Drive with views onto Hunter River. Monte is situated under our beautiful Little National Newcastle. About the Role Enthusiasm for providing flawless service and positive guest experiences Excellent communication, coupled with a confident, friendly personality and proven customer service skills Desire, passion, and drive to push hospitality knowledge to the next level Initiative and the ability to work both independently and supervise a small team Previous experience in a restaurant or bar is desired but not necessary 3 years barista experience A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate Why you want to join our Team At Doma Hotels we look after our people, who in turn look after our guests.
