Learn more at About the Role We’re looking for a Payroll Analyst to join our HR Shared Services team – someone who combines technical expertise with a proactive mindset and takes pride in making complex things run smoothly. In this role, you will be at the centre of our payroll operations across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring every cycle is delivered accurately, on time and in full compliance with legislation. What Success Looks Like Multi‑country payroll is delivered with precision and consistency. Payroll queries and tickets are resolved quickly and professionally, giving employees confidence in the process. Data across systems is accurate, reconciled and reliable. Payroll operations are continuously refined, with smarter processes and standardisation driving efficiency. The HR Shared Services team is trusted by employees and leaders as a reliable partner. What You’ll Bring 3+ years’ experience in payroll administration and operations, ideally in a multi‑country or high‑volume environment. Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation (Awards, superannuation, PAYG). Exceptional attention to detail with confidence handling employee data and complex calculations. A process‑oriented mindset with a track record of driving improvements. Resilience in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments – able to create clarity and structure. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university or college. Nice to Have Hands‑on experience with New Zealand payroll legislation. Familiarity with external vendor management in an outsourced or co‑sourced payroll model. Experience with HR or payroll‑related platforms (e.g., Workday, TMF). Involvement in automation, documentation, or payroll process optimisation. Why Join Us? Flexible hybrid working.
