Positions available in both Sydney and Brisbane , the BMS Service Technician will be responsible for performing BMS service maintenance on multiple different platforms while utilising reports from the VAE Bureau to ensure the service maintenance delivers a targeted outcome for the customer. Your focus will be on delivering high-performance solutions using DISTECH controllers within the Tridium Niagara framework, supporting systems across Building Management Systems (BMS), ICT networks, software development, cybersecurity, and mechanical/HVAC engineering. Some of the key responsibilities will include: Design, program, and commission building automation and integration systems using DISTECH and Tridium Niagara. Optimise building performance through energy-efficient and AI-driven control strategies. Deliver end-to-end engineering, including design, documentation, commissioning, and tuning. Some of the key responsibilities will include: Complete projects on time and within budget, maximizing variations. Provide monthly cost estimates, cash flow, and progress claims. Assess risks, manage costs, and optimize project outcomes. Review contracts, manage suppliers, and ensure compliance. Assist with tenders, evaluate specs, and follow up on pricing.
