Bluestone Advisory Pty Ltd – West Perth WA Bluestone Advisory is a boutique insolvency practice specialising in all aspects of personal insolvency including bankruptcy, personal insolvency agreements and informal arrangements. Our clients are primarily individuals who have traded, or are continuing to trade, an unincorporated business or have been directors of insolvent companies. Since its establishment in 2020, Bluestone Advisory has established a reputation as one of the leading providers of personal insolvency advice in Western Australia. After a busy 2025, we are looking for a full-time graduate accountant to join our team. No previous experience is required but an interest in pursuing a long‑term career in insolvency is desirable as full training will be given. Key Responsibilities As a member of a small team, you will be involved in all aspects of managing a case from start to finish. This includes: Dealing with stakeholder enquiries by telephone and in writing Preparing general correspondence and assisting in the preparation of reports Assisting on investigations Document management Data input – INSOL6 The role is more than just crunching numbers. It requires critical thinking and an enquiring mind underpinned by a can‑do attitude. Each day you will have the opportunity to work on interesting cases providing you with great variety in your day‑to‑day work; rarely are 2 days the same. Skills and Experience No previous insolvency experience is required but to be considered for the position, you will need: Tertiary qualification in accounting, commerce or law High level of literacy – the role involves a significant amount of written communication Ability to develop and maintain client relationships through strong interpersonal skills Exceptional attention to detail Friendly, team player Professional presentation Responsible and proactive Computer literate: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) The drive to build a career in this specialised and sometimes challenging, but exceptionally rewarding, area of insolvency.
