Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management: Lead the strategic development and lifecycle management of ARB's Electrical & Lighting product category, ensuring market alignment, accurate product data, and continuous performance optimisation across platforms and supply channels. Cross‑Functional Leadership: Partner with internal stakeholders and external industry leaders to deliver commercially successful, market‑driven products through strategic leadership, supplier engagement, and cross‑functional execution. Market Analysis & Customer Insights: Leverage market research, stakeholder insights, and sales channel analysis to identify growth opportunities, guide product differentiation, and align offerings with customer demand and industry trends. Product Design & Development Oversight: Own product design direction and go‑to‑market execution, ensuring features meet customer needs, resources are optimally allocated, and pricing and promotional strategies drive commercial success. Performance & Financial Accountability: Monitor key performance metrics, assess financial impact of product decisions, and drive continuous improvement through data‑driven insights and customer feedback. Effective Marketing: Ensure compelling marketing materials and support are readily available. Customer Support: Support the ARB network and customers with technical and sales support. Training: Contribute to creating and delivering training and development tools for the product portfolio. To thrive in this role, you should possess: A graduate degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field is preferred. Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Engage and influence stakeholders, especially at senior levels.
