Join us to make your mark, working with a diverse team that is united in pushing the boundaries of engineering excellence.The OpportunityWe are a seeking talented Electrical & Electronics graduates (including students nearing graduation) to join the Boeing BCS team in Brisbane. BCS is a next generation networking product that is the centerpiece for multiple projects and campaigns with the Australian Army, Navy and Airforce. It combines both developmental and off the shelf hardware and software to provide world leading communications capability for ADF personnel. It can be deployed rapidly, and its modular design provides a flexible, scalable solution that can be customized for various mission needs.As an Electrical and Electronics Engineering Graduate you will:Contribute to the design and development of engineering solutions for electrical and electronic equipment including custom electrical power, edge computing and network equipment.Develop engineering documentation and perform configuration management of system hardware.Work with the project team to ensure the engineering scope is delivered within the quality, schedule and budgetary constraints of the project.Communicate and collaborate with a diverse, multi-disciplinary team, in a conscientious and inclusive way.Your attitude, motivation, willingness to learn and ability to self-task under supervision will determine your success in our teamExperience/QualificationsTertiary degree qualification in an engineering, computer science or information technology (or expectation of graduation in the next 3 months)Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements.We invite a diverse range of people to apply, including people from outside of the defence industry.Please submit your CV together with a cover letter and your university transcript to be considered.Our Graduate ProgramAll graduates enter Boeing Defence Australia in a permanent full-time role before commencing a structured program to start them on the right path to their future career.The 24-month Graduate Program features professional learning & development aimed to challenge and inspire growth, and social & professional collaborative opportunities to build and expand your Boeing networks.
