With the aged care sector shifting rapidly and competition increasing, this organisation is focused on ensuring clients and families clearly see the value of their care and choose to trust them on their journey. They’re now seeking Client Engagement Specialists to join their growing team. Why join? You’ll be at the heart of community engagement and client conversion, blending compassion with commercial thinking to support people through one of the most important decisions of their lives – choosing the right care provider. Handle both inbound phone enquiries (approx. 70%) and proactive outreach (approx. 30%) Guide potential clients through their aged care journey, ensuring they feel supported and understood Clearly articulate the value of services, helping clients make informed choices Work towards achievable goals, e.g. booking 12 home visits per week Build strong relationships with clients, families, and local community referrers (GPs, local events, networks) Collaborate closely with your manager and wider team in a flexible, approachable environment About you We’re looking for people who are : Compassionate and community-driven – you genuinely care about people and their wellbeing Confident communicators – empathetic, warm, and able to build trust quickly Experienced in sales, fundraising, or client engagement – with a proven track record of achieving results Resilient and commercially minded – you can balance empathy with the drive to meet targets Passionate about making a difference – you’ll likely have a personal connection to the importance of aged care Next steps Interviews will take place over the next fortnight, with immediate starts available.
