Overview With over 25,000 members the Commercial Club (Albury) Ltd is a leading Club in Country NSW. The Club prides itself on an established reputation for providing high quality products, service, and value in a friendly and secure environment. Position We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Duty Manager to join our team. Responsibilities Opening and closing of venue facilities Gaming machine clearance Allocation and supervision of rostered staff to club operations Provide training and support to staff Assist in leading and developing teams with strong customer focus Ensure compliance of policies and procedures Venue cleanliness and presentation Performance management Qualifications Knowledge of Registered Clubs Act NSW Knowledge of Registered and Licensed Club Award Able to work rotating roster including weekends, nights and public holidays Good verbal and written communication skills Demonstrate leadership capabilities to mentor and coach staff Be conscientious, ambitious and reliable Previous leadership experience in the Club industry or similar discipline Current RSA and RCG competency card In the NSW Registered Club Industry or similar discipline Fire Evacuation/Fire Warden Training Armed Robbery Training Current First Aid and CPR certificate Application Please forward all applications including current resume to @commercialclubalbury.com.au for further information.
