A progressive Club with 15,000+ members and a strong reputation for service excellence Supportive, collaborative leadership team Ongoing training, development, and career progression opportunities A dynamic, fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same About the Roles As a Duty Manager, you will: Lead and coordinate daily operations across food & beverage, gaming, bars, reception, and events Drive a culture of excellence in service, safety, and presentation Mentor, coach, and support staff to build capability and strengthen team engagement Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, WHS and all legislative and policy requirements Respond to incidents and operational matters with a proactive, professional approach Support senior management in delivering strategic, operational, and community outcomes Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and guide frontline staff during operational shifts Oversee all areas of Club operations to ensure seamless service delivery Monitor venue presentation and guest experience, maintaining high standards at all times Ensure adherence to RSA, RCG, WHS, and security requirements Act as the senior point of contact during shifts, providing direction and resolving issues Manage conflict and challenging situations with professionalism and authority Contribute to communication, reporting, and handover processes for senior leadership About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Proven leadership experience in hospitality or licensed club environments (essential) Strong communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills A hands‑on leadership style that inspires and motivates teams The ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, high‑volume venue Current RSA & RCG certifications (essential) Experience in food & beverage, gaming operations, compliance, and customer service Our Values Our leadership team is committed to the values of: Integrity – Accountability – Teamwork – Excellence – Respect We strive to create an environment where staff feel supported, and members and guests receive exceptional service at every touchpoint.
