Job Title 5 Day Nanny Educator Location & Schedule Location: Lee Point, NT. Full‑time, five days per week (Monday–Friday 9:00 am–5:00 pm). Occasional Saturday shift may be required when the family's father is deployed. Compensation Rate: $ per hour (Long Service Level 3), inclusive of tax and super. Workcover and insurance handled by the employer. Children Provide care and education for three children: 18 months, 3 years, and 4 years, with a focus on inclusive, child‑led learning. Plan and facilitate activities such as LEGO, science & STEM, reading, sensory play, arts & crafts, imaginative play, and water‑based activities. Responsibilities Support the children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging, inclusive activities. Manage positive interactions and conflict resolution between siblings. Assist with health‑related routines, including eczema management. Provide support for children with ADHD, ASD Level 1, and other therapy needs (bonus). Drive when required and be prepared for occasional Saturday shifts. Maintain a safe, nurturing learning environment. Qualifications Certificate / Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or a Bachelor's teaching degree (early years or primary) with registration on the relevant state teaching authority board. Minimum of 3 years' experience in child care with professional references. WWCC, Police Check, CPR, and Level 2 First Aid. Valid car and driver's licence. Willingness to commit to at least 12 months.
