With major projects underway and a strong pipeline ahead, this is an opportunity to be part of something exciting. We are currently delivering the $55 million Palms Riverlea Shopping Centre for Walker Corporation and we have many Design & Construct projects in design along with future tender opportunities set to drive ongoing growth across the region. As a Site Supervisor with Paynter Dixon, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality projects safely, efficiently, and collaboratively. You’ll be supported by a strong project team and a national business with over 110 years of history delivering complex, high-value projects across multiple sectors. About the Role In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, programming, and managing day-to-day construction activities to meet project objectives in time, quality, safety, and cost. You’ll lead site-based operations and foster a cooperative, productive environment for subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders. Safety is our highest priority, and you will ensure that everyone—from site personnel to visitors and the public—goes home safely every day. Key Responsibilities Maintaining accurate daily diaries and Procore records, including photos Leading weekly safety walks, toolbox talks, and safety planning Managing short-term programmes and supporting design coordination during construction Overseeing ITPs, defect management, and close-out processes Running subcontractor meetings and supporting preliminary cost management Managing RFIs, timesheets, and ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standards About You Experienced in commercial construction supervision Highly organised, proactive, and capable of driving site productivity Collaborative in working with subcontractors, consultants, and the internal project team Committed to high standards of safety, quality, and communication Keen to contribute to the growth and success of Paynter Dixon in South Australia Why Join Paynter Dixon?
