We have multiple opportunities across all hubs—from early childhood to senior pathways. Whether you're into play-based discovery, PBL, enterprise, sustainability, design, the arts or youth mentorship—there’s a space for you here. This isn’t your usual teaching job. As a GVL Learning Guide, you’ll: Co-design EDventurous Projects and Personal Interest Projects Build deep relationships with learners and co-create their learning journeys Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Guides, families, and community mentors Embed your strengths into the community—bring your passions, and be ready to grow We’re looking for people who: Are registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (or eligible to gain registration) See young people as capable, creative and powerful Can work flexibly in an emergent, co-constructed environment Are ready to relearn, reimagine and rehumanise education How to Apply In your application, nominate the developmental hub(s) where you see yourself making the most impact—and tell us why.
