With 240 learners, including 40 passionate Guides, our campus spans ages 4 to 20 through four Developmental Learning Hubs: Foundations & Play (4-8yrs), Exploration & Discovery (7-12yrs), Entrepreneurship & Social Impact (11-16yrs) and Pathways & Futures (15-20yrs). Young people lead the way here, supported by adults who walk beside them. Learning is driven by curiosity, real-world challenges and authentic contribution, not bells, grades or rigid systems. The Successful Applicant Will Be Able To Lead teams in complex non-traditional settings Operationalise the strategy daily Lead complex wellbeing situations, providing consistent and emotionally grounded guidance to the community Lead inclusively, celebrating and nurturing diversity Confidently embrace and communicate the GVL values and educational philosophy Offered as a 5-year contract commencing Term 1, 2026 (or earlier by negotiation).
