Engineering Transformation & Strategy Specialist Reporting to the Head of Fleet Planning & Optimisation, the Engineering Transformation & Strategy Specialist role will support the delivery of Transformation and Strategy best practices. The successful candidate will actively engage with Engineering & Maintenance and Operations stakeholders to lead, drive, and support operational strategic improvements and business transformation. Responsibilities Build foundational data sets, analysis, and relationships with the analytical community across E&M, Operations, and the company, becoming the go‑to specialist in specific systems and data sets. Benefit valuation of initiatives either working directly with the business units or supporting project managers and subject matter experts. Regular financial reporting of transformation progress. Model data and business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements. Identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts. Simplify information and decipher technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team. Qualifications Experience in strategy, transformation or consulting roles, or Finance FP&A experience. Analysis of Engineering data to drive transformation or continuous improvement outcomes. Finance cost analysis, forecasting, optimisation, project benefits, financial reporting, or management accounting. Demonstrated ability to build trusting, effective ongoing business relationships with diverse groups of people across the organisation. Ability to interpret complex data, and draw, visualise, and present recommendations to stakeholder groups. Advanced Excel skills and/or Power BI skills.
