Community Support Assistant - Regional North East Bring Comfort Home – Join VMCH’s Casual Care Team Your Care, Their Smile – Start Your Journey with VMCH About the Role As a Casual Community Support Assistant, you will provide person‑centred care to help clients maintain independence and quality of life. Flexible casual hours (minimum 15‑20 hours per fortnight) Availability required for at least two weekdays between 7am–6pm Support clients across regional Victoria, including Wangaratta, Benalla, Killawarra, Oxley and surrounding areas Here’s what you’ll be doing: Assist with personal care and daily living activities Provide companionship and social support Help with meal preparation and light household tasks Transport clients to appointments and outings About you You are passionate about caring for older members of our community and making a real difference in their everyday lives. You have clear communication skills to support client engagement and a desire to assist clients in reaching their independence goals. A big heart and a positive attitude Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or related field Valid driver’s licence First Aid and CPR certification Current Police Check Why VMCH?
