Due to continual growth we are looking to expand our amazing team and have the opportunity for an experienced, compassionate and engaging Personal Care Disability Support Worker to join us We’re on the lookout for flexible, committed, and compassionate support workers who are experienced or ready to grow in working with individuals and providing them with personal care. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all role — and we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. At CA, we tailor our support to meet each client’s unique needs. That means drawing on a variety of therapeutic models and approaches to provide holistic, person-centered care. Responsibilities: Assisting and supporting in group activities and outings. Providing in home and in community respite. Support participants in our respite house facility. Assisting with light domestic duties, personal hygiene, providing meals and other health and wellness related activities. Assisting to develop independence and build on life skills.
