Provide respectful and empowering personal care and daily living support Assist with community access, appointments, and social engagement Follow individualised support plans and document progress notes Uphold NDIS practice standards, WHS protocols, and organisational policies Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients and Sleep overs Personal care Domestic duties Community Connection and engagement What You’ll Need Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, Nursing, Teaching Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check, Police Check Strong communication skills and a commitment to procedural fairness Supportive onboarding and ongoing training Structured workflows and clear documentation tools Opportunities for growth and development A respectful, inclusive workplace culture Access to internal communication platforms and operational resources What Makes Us Different? As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll have the opportunity to engage clients in: Animal Husbandry at Our Therapeutic Farm – Care for cows, horses, chooks, ducks, and rabbits, fostering connection through gentle routines and outdoor activity. Carpentry & Gardening Groups – Build, grow, and create alongside clients in our structured skill‑building sessions. From veggie patch planting to timber projects, it’s hands‑on and rewarding. Support clients in cooking groups, games, art and craft sessions, and social events through our active Social Club — a space for creativity, laughter, and community.
