Permanent, Part-time role located in Wangaratta You will support our customers with their daily tasks and goals through a person‑centred approach Your shifts will be on a monthly rotating roster with 43.5/41.75 fortnightly splits, including early mornings and sleep‑over shifts Have experience within the disability sector, including experience in managing behaviours of concern with a calm, confident approach Ability to build and manage friendly relationships within a team environment Certificate IV in Disability (or equivalence) is highly desirable A driver’s licence is required for this role We excel together As a Disability Support Worker in one of our services you will work with a team on and off‑site with specialists who share a common purpose – to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.
