Role As a Membership Support Advisor , you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality experience to members and candidates throughout their professional journey. You'll act as an ambassador for RICS, providing expert guidance and support across multiple communication channels. Key Responsibilities Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in line with SLAs and service standards Provide specialist advise and promote RICS products and services Maintain accurate member records and ensure data integrity Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries, including finance-related issues Contribute to service improvements through feedback and testing What You’ll Bring Proven customer service experience, ideally in a professional or membership-based environment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Commercial awareness and strong organisational abilities Confidence in handling challenging situations professionally Proficiency in Microsoft Office and commitment to continuous development What We Offer Hybrid working model (3 days in the office) 23 days annual leave + public holidays Income protection, life assurance, and pension scheme Enhanced leave policies (Maternity, Paternity, Moving House) Inclusive and Purpose-Driven Culture We welcome applications from all backgrounds and will make reasonable adjustments to support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
