About the Role Western Health is recruiting experienced senior clinicians to lead key functions within our CommunityTeam – Mental Health and Wellbeing Services. These Team Leader roles provide clinical and operational leadership across Case Management, Intake and ACIS, and the Intensive Support Program. Each role plays a critical part in maintaining safe service flow, supporting staff capability, and delivering high-quality, recovery-oriented care.
