To find out more visit our website at **.****About the Role:** MSS Security is seeking dedicated Control Room Operators to join our team at Melbourne Olympic Parks. In this critical role, you will oversee control room operations, monitor CCTV feeds, and communicate effectively with roving security officers to address security breaches, alarms, and other incidents.**Key Responsibilities:*** Monitor and analyse CCTV footage for security issues.* Communicate promptly with security personnel regarding incidents.* Ensure adherence to security protocols and procedures.* Maintain detailed records of events and incidents.* Respond swiftly to alarms and emergencies, making informed decisions.**Skills & Experience:*** Full Australian Working Rights* Valid Victorian Security Licence with Control Room Endorsement* Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations.* Current First Aid Certificate and CPR.* Current driver's licence.* Working with Children’s Check (or willing to obtain)* Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.* Excellent communication skills.* Comprehensive report writing skills* Ability to work a 24\*7 rotational roster**Master License Number:** S## **How to apply**MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions of each person We encourage and celebrate diversity.We are proud to:* be certified by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency,* be a partner and supporter of Veterans employment and honoured to have an endorsed INNOVATE Reconciliation Action Plan.
