About the Opportunity Full Time Control Room Operator – Melbourne CBDLocation: Caulfield, Victoria, Australia Duties and Responsibilities Monitor, operate and review CCTV system. Communicate and liaise with emergency services and associated internal and external stakeholders. Maintain and write accurate security incident reports, data logs, emergency response activities and visitor logs. Critically assess and respond to situations of risk in line with standard operating procedures. Operate a two‑way radio communication network for security personnel and manage the deployment of security staff. Control access to personnel, employees and visitors. Take part in ongoing training programmes and exercises. Key Selection Criteria Current Security Licence with a Control Room endorsement. Hepatitis B & Influenza Certificate (current, proof required). Strong administrative skills, computer competency and excellent email etiquette. Demonstrated ability to work within a fast‑paced team environment and experience with fire panels. Knowledge of Gallagher, Avigilon, Genetec, Ascom or PassagePoint software. Current First Aid and CPR Certification. Valid driver’s licence with transport.
