What You’ll Do As an HR Business Partner based in Spearwood WA , you’ll align people strategies with business goals, foster engagement, build leadership capability, and ensure compliance. You’ll work closely with warehouse leaders and employees to strengthen relationships, boost productivity, and create a safe, inclusive, and positive workplace. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with warehouse leaders on workforce planning and organisational design. Use data insights to influence decisions and improve organisational effectiveness. Support employee relations matters and foster collaborative union relationships. Embed performance management frameworks and coach managers on leadership capability. Champion initiatives that strengthen organisational culture and drive engagement. Ensure HR processes comply with legislation and enterprise agreements. Contribute to strategic HR projects that deliver measurable business impact. What Experience and Education You Need Minimum 3 years in an HR generalist or business partner role within operational or fast-paced environments (e.g., logistics, manufacturing). Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Business (preferred) or equivalent experience. Strong communication and influencing skills, with proven ability to coach managers and lead HR initiatives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to analyse data and create reports. Ability to travel to assigned sites and work in cold/chiller environments during visits. Independent, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
