We are seeking an experienced National Human Resources Manager to lead HR strategy, culture, capability, and compliance across Australian operations. About the Company Our client is a respected multinational manufacturer with a strong presence across Australia and internationally. With a commitment to innovation, operational excellence and people development, the business is experiencing ongoing growth and is seeking a trusted HR leader to support its evolving workforce and strategic agenda. About the Role Reporting to the Managing Director, the National Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions nationally, including: Developing and executing HR strategy aligned with business objectives Leading workforce planning, organisational development and capability programs Driving culture, engagement, leadership development and change initiatives Managing employee relations, industrial relations and performance management Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, talent management and succession planning Ensuring HR policies, WHS requirements and compliance frameworks are up to date Providing coaching and guidance to leaders across all manufacturing sites Leading HR projects that improve efficiency, standardisation, and employee experience About You Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within manufacturing or industrial sectors Strong knowledge of ER/IR, modern awards, HR legislation and best‑practice frameworks A strategic mindset with the ability to execute at both operational and organisational levels Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership skills A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with the ability to manage complexity and change Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related field Why Join This Organisation?
