About the role Production of sales sketches and design concepts using ArchiCAD Collaboration with Sales and Design Consultants to refine concepts Contribution in the development of new standard product and display homes Liaise with local government authorities and land developers Skills and experience 3 years minimum experience in a residential design role producing single/ two storey homes (experience with survey strata lots desirable but not essential) Strong understanding of R Codes and NCC (including keeping up to date with relevant changes) Sound ArchiCAD knowledge Twinmotion experience (preferred but not essential) Strong communication skills to maintain relationships with all key stakeholders Must display strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously Ability and willingness to work to deadlines What's in it for you? 9 Day Fortnight – enjoy every second Friday off Weekly pay cycle Company Wellbeing Calendar Employee Assistance Program Superannuation Advice Fun, energetic, team‑oriented atmosphere where employees love coming to work If you fit the above criteria and are looking for a great career opportunity, please apply via SEEK.
