Within our broader Talent Management unit, the TGI Sport Talent Commercial Sales team are trusted experts in connecting brands with the most recognisable athletes and media personalities to bring campaigns to life. The Opportunity This role is perfect for someone ready to blend commercial savvy with their passion for sport and entertainment. Drive new business and grow partnerships that connect brands with elite sporting talent. Manage and renew existing accounts, ensuring long‑term relationships and repeat bookings. Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, talent agents, and creative teams to bring talent‑led campaigns to life. About You You’re commercially minded, confident in the room, and ready to take ownership of your portfolio. You’ll bring a combination of sales drive, relationship‑building skills, and a natural flair for connecting people and opportunities. You have experience in sales, partnerships, or account management — ideally within sport, media, or entertainment. You’re comfortable managing a pipeline through CRM tools like Salesforce and thrive on hitting (and exceeding) revenue goals. You’re a natural networker who builds trust quickly with clients, talent, and internal teams. You can think strategically and execute practically, balancing creativity with commercial clarity. You’re ambitious, proactive, and ready to grow with one of the fastest‑evolving businesses in global sports media.
