Our organisation provides many services and programs, including soup vans, education programmes, home visitation programmes and VincentCare Victoria (VCV), which assist some of Victoria’s most vulnerable communities, such as people experiencing homelessness, the housing crisis and family violence, and the elderly. Little Bit About The Role We are currently seeking a retail superstar to lead a diverse team of volunteers in our Ringwood shop You will lead a team of staff and volunteers who are just as passionate about giving back to their communities as you will be. A hive of activity, this shop offers a unique opportunity for you to contribute to your local community by growing sales, coaching your budding retail heroes and, in turn, bringing in much‑needed funds to one of Victoria's leading not‑for‑profit organisations. Qualifications & Experience A real passion for delivering incredible customer service. Retail management experience with a real focus on people. Proven retail apparel sales experience with a drive to succeed and achieve results. Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectations.
