What you’ll be doing: Support the Store Manager to lead by example, delivering outstanding customer service and fostering strong team engagement. Take a hands‑on role in managing store operations, merchandising, and driving performance against sales targets. Help create a safe, inclusive, and high‑performing store environment where team members feel supported and empowered. Coach and develop team members, building capability and a positive, results‑driven culture. What you bring: Previous retail leadership experience, ideally in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. A proactive, hands‑on approach to store operations and team support. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills. A collaborative leadership style focused on team development and operational excellence. A genuine passion for people, community, and delivering great customer experiences.
