Your Role: As our Part time Customer Experience Sales Administrator , you will be the welcoming face of Palm Lake Resort Pelican Waters, providing a first-class customer experience that reflects the premium lifestyle we offer. This role covers 4 days a week working weekends; Friday to Monday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. In this role, you will: Create unforgettable first impressions by warmly greeting and engaging with clients, visitors, and homeowners. Maintain and showcase our luxury display homes, ensuring they’re immaculate and presentation-ready. Deliver high-level customer service by providing accurate, detailed information about our homes, amenities, and community. Guide prospective buyers through their journey to homeownership, creating an exceptional and personalised experience. Assist in the planning and execution of exclusive sales events. Use your organisational and administrative skills to manage client documentation, CRM systems, and communications efficiently and professionally. The Ideal Candidate: We seek a professional who radiates confidence, thrives in a luxury-focused environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To excel in this role, you will: Have at least three years of experience in customer service or sales administration. Be highly organised and skilled at managing multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality service levels. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, effortlessly building rapport and fostering strong client relationships. Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems. Be flexible with your working hours to meet client and team needs. Exhibit a positive attitude and a genuine passion for enhancing the customer experience in a high-end environment.
