About the position The WHS Officer will work with other Safety Officer across the business to ensure Workplace Health & Safety best practices are implemented, maintained and promoted while supporting the broader HR team with training and other HR activities. You will be involved in all aspects of Operations including the manufacturing, installation and servicing of our lifts. The role will be based at our factory in Acacia Ridge. Responsibilities Ensure WHS & regulatory compliance Identify potential hazards in the workplace Assisting with investigation of incidents Conducting health and safety training sessions Return to work coordinating Reviewing and preparing SWMS, SWP and other safety documentation Attend and lead safety meetings About you Recently completed Cert 3/Diploma in WH&S Excellent verbal and written communication skills Practical workplace experience (Manufacturing or Construction industries) Desirable: Internship or experience in WHS position #J-18808-Ljbffr
