About our Client and Support Required We are seeking an experienced Disability Support with Care to join us at Greenstaff HomeCare. Our client is seeking an experienced Support Worker to assist with personal and daily living care. Key Responsibilities Personal Care Daily Living Care Domestic Assistance Providing emotional support and companionship Ensuring clients well‑being and safety Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you will be required to hold the following credentials, trainings and certificates: Certification III in Disability or equivalent Victorian Driver’s Licence with reliable car and comprehensive insurance NDIS Worker Screening Check Online NDIS Worker Orientation Module “Quality, Safety & You” Working with Children Check (WWCC) National Police Check The right to work in Australia Current First Aid Practical Training Certificate & CPR Our Ideal Candidate Minimum 2 years of related working experience Ability to provide care 1:1 Proficiency in understanding and implementing support plans Person‑centred care and support Be empathetic, caring and respectful demeanor Honesty and strong moral values Be reliable and accessible Positivity Be self‑motivated Working Hours Flexible Why Choose Greenstaff HomeCare?
