With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our high-performing team in Wagga Wagga. This role is essential to the safe and efficient delivery of our regional civil projects, providing strong leadership and hands‑on support to crews on site. About the Role You will be responsible for day-to-day onsite coordination, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality while maintaining excellent communication with project teams and subcontractors. Key responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate daily site activities and workforce Ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards are met Manage subcontractors, plant, equipment, and materials Support project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting Provide leadership to crews and maintain a positive site culture Identify risks and contribute to practical, timely solutions About You To be successful, you will bring: Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively Commitment to safety and high-quality delivery Experience across roads, utilities, drainage, or infrastructure works (preferred) Strong problem-solving and organisational skills What We Offer Competitive salary package Company vehicle provided Strong pipeline of regional civil projects Supportive leadership team and long-term career opportunities Regional lifestyle with stability and community connection If you're an experienced Supervisor looking for a long-term opportunity with a respected NSW contractor, Brefni would love to hear from you.
