About The Role We have an exciting opportunity to join Weary Dunlop Retirement Village in Wheelers Hill as a Personal Care Worker. Part‑time positions are available working blocks below: Block 1: Wednesday & Thursday 1500‑2100 Block 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 0700‑1330 Block 3: Monday & Wednesday 2200‑0700 We strive to be exemplars of quality in the aged‑care industry and champions of the continuum of care model, delivering tailored care that respects residents' health needs, preferences and rights. In this role you will: Develop lasting relationships with residents and their families. Follow residents' individual care plans, providing compassionate and competent care. Use the latest technology, including our purpose‑built care app myRyman. Work closely with colleagues to create a great team environment. About You Certificate III/ IV in Ageing Support or Certificate III in Individual Support. Kindness is in your DNA. Strong empathy and outstanding communication skills.
