No two days are the same – and you’ll have the autonomy and support to truly make an impact.## **What You’ll Be Doing*** Drive the success of our **Safety & Environmental Management Systems (SMS & EMS)*** Lead **risk assessments** across plant, manual handling, and processes* Manage incident and injury reporting with a focus on prevention and continuous improvement* Deliver **engaging safety training** and empower employees to own safety every day* Champion the Safety Committee, working with HSRs and leaders across shifts* Keep our Chemical Safety Management System compliant and up-to-date* Lead site inspections and audits to meet ISO standards and WorkSafe compliance* Be at the forefront of **sustainability** – from waste reduction to recycling initiatives## ## **What You’ll Bring*** Cert IV in WHS / OHS (minimum requirement)* Background in manufacturing or warehousing (a big plus)* Experience with **chemical safety** and/or **occupational hygiene** (air, noise, dust, ergonomics) is highly regarded* Familiarity with **ISO standards and Australian EHS legislation*** Confidence in managing workers’ comp and return-to-work programs (preferred)* Tech-savvy with solid MS Office skills* A proactive communicator with a positive, team-first attitude.## * Career growth: access to IFF University and ongoing training* Competitive salary + bonus scheme* Be part of sustainability and wellness initiatives that make a real impact* Amazing leave benefits: Paid Parental Leave, Wellness Leave & more* Free parking + onsite canteen* A truly inclusive workplace culture where your uniqueness is celebrated.Smo vodilni v svetu na področju okusa, vonja in prehrane, svojim strankam ponujamo širši nabor naravnih rešitev in pospešujemo našo strategijo rasti.
