Overview This is a rare and exceptional opportunity to join a growth focused, Private Equity backed business, supporting the CEO and CFO with strategic projects. A long‑established Australian business operating in the consumer sector, the business is renowned for its innovation and commitment to premium product development. As the business enters its next phase of growth there is a desire to hire a commercially focused, strategic thinker to provide additional capability to the senior team with both organic and inorganic growth initiatives. Responsibilities Drive and deliver strategic growth projects Assist the business to steer customer engagement and profit Actively engage across the business and, in particular, with the senior leadership team to manage operational diligence Synthesise financial data to aid in strategic decision making and drive commercial efficiencies Qualifications Likely have 4-7 years' experience gained from corporate advisory, private equity, corporate development or strategy consulting Deep and structured thinker who communicates with a clear and concise style, displaying strong emotional intelligence and ability to "read the room" Ability to work with urgency, project manage and exhibit a thirst for knowledge and hunger to learn, develop and deliver Intellectual and commercial maturity Personal Attributes Laser focused on building a long‑term career within a business, with aspirations of being a CEO in the future Fast paced and dynamic role where you will be able to learn first‑hand about business operations and dynamics Contact For more information or to submit an application please contact Ali Roger on / Applicants must have full Australian working rights in place to be eligible for the role.
