Ventia’s Western Power contract is growing—and so is our team. We’re currently seeking experienced Switching Operators to be part of a dynamic workforce delivering essential services across WA. As a Switching Operator , you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of planned outages across Western Power’s network. This position requires a strong focus on safety, planning, and stakeholder communication, working closely with internal teams and external customers to minimise disruptions and maintain operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Develop, scope, and execute Switching Programs to enable safe access to the Western Power network Prepare and submit eNARs for planned outages, identifying isolation points to reduce customer impact Collaborate with the planning team to optimise scheduling and minimise project delays Communicate effectively with customers and businesses regarding upcoming planned outages Uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards across all field operations What’s in it for you?
